A mobile app developer is a specialist who builds applications for iOS and Android platforms — user interface, functionality, and server integration are all their responsibility. Behind every app you use daily, there is a mobile developer.
Flutter (Dart), Swift (iOS), and Kotlin (Android) are the core languages of mobile development — at Maestro School, one or more of these are taught in a project-based format.
It's not mandatory — a mobile developer focuses on the user-facing side of the app, while a separate back-end developer can handle server work. However, knowing API integration and database basics makes a mobile developer a stronger specialist.
iOS requires the Swift language and the development environment can only be set up on a Mac — in this regard, the initial setup is slightly more complex than Android.
Yes — real projects built throughout the course are brought to a publish-ready standard. This is both strong portfolio material and an excellent opportunity to gather feedback from real users.
